Lincoln County Assembly Halls & Lincoln Cathedral

I only found out a few weeks before the big day that I would be shooting this wedding. After having to rearrange all their plans, I was contacted by Sophie and Aaen to step in and capture their big day. The weather definitely shone on them as the sun was definitely blazing down on us all!

A favourite moment of mine from throughout the day was when Sophie's dad first saw his daughter in her wedding dress - just outside their family home. The tears of joy that I managed to witness and capture was emotional.

Sophie and Aaen allowed plenty of time for their images too - making the most of the streets of Lincoln as well as the Cathedral and Assembly Rooms - before dashing inside where I had to help fix Sophie's dress 'hoop' before their first dance.

I managed to try a few new techniques out too, which really complemented Sophie's dress and Aaen's uniform.
